  • Guest user：The hotel environment is very good, the service is very good, especially Rino Meisley service is very considerate and good attitude, let me have a very good experience and spend a good time, I will come again next time.
  • Guest user：We stayed 2N at this hotel and we loved it so much. The staff there were all so friendly and helpful and always greeted us with the warmest smiles. The room was comfy and spacious and everything was new and clean. We had meals at Sugar Beats and Stix and both were very good. We didn't even feel the need to venture out of the resort for food and ended up having all our meals there. I would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here if they visit Bintan!
  • Guest user：Brand new hotel next to the beach. Room was excellent and lots of fun was had at the pool. Had food at Sugarbeats and food (especially free breakfast) was great with variety. Still some things that will get ironed out as the hotel matures I am sure. Wish the beach was cleaner (lots of trash washed ashore - not the hotels fault imo) Special mention to Ilham and the rest of of the hospitality team that made the whole trip comfortable and worthwhile.
